Any information provided is being provided to the Sponsor and not Instagram or Facebook. These Official Rules govern the Dallas Shaw X Phyto Paris (the “Sweepstakes”) offered by Ales Group USA, Inc. (“Sponsor”).
Sweepstakes Period: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on February 21, 2017 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 21, 2017 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
How to enter on Social Media: To enter the Sweepstakes, entrant first needs to have the free Instagram application downloaded on their mobile device and to become a registered user on Instagram. Entrant must follow the Phyto USA account (@PhytoUSA) and Dallas Shaw account (@dallasshaw), where Sponsor (Ales Group USA, Inc.) will post an image (the “Sweepstakes Image”). For Instagram, entrant will comment on the sweepstakes image explaining why they should win, and tagging a friend. All entries must comply with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the “Entry Requirements” section below. All entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of any potential winner, the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the account used for entry, and potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that he/she is the authorized account holder. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Limit: You may enter one (1) per day during the Sweepstakes Period through social media. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, corrupted, forged, late or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes, at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia) and Puerto Rico, who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry, except employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such employee. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
Drawing: One winner from Instagram will be selected in a random drawing on or about March 25, 2017 from all eligible entries received. All decisions of the judges are final. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Prize consists of only those items specifically described as included in the prize. All fees, federal, state and other taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prize: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will get a receive a trip to Chicago for a PHYTO (Treatment, Haircut and blow-dry) makeover at the Anthony Cristiano salon in Chicago. It also includes: same day round-trip ticket to Chicago, transportation, and meals. Date of the trip will be specified by Ales Group USA, Inc.. Failure to comply with the scheduling will be deemed a forfeiture of the prize with no monetary compensation.
Notification: Sponsor will contact the potential winner by posting a comment from PHYTO Paris USA (@PHYTOUSA) to the Sweepstakes Images tagging the potential winner with instructions to contact Sponsor to begin the process of eligibility verification prior to prize claim. All instructions provided by Sponsor must be correctly followed and completed within the time period indicated in such notification. Noncompliance within any of the time periods will result in disqualification without further notice and an alternate winner will be selected. Such instructions will require the potential winner to post specified information on Instagram and correspond with Sponsor via the email address provided. ALL ENTRANTS ARE ADVISED TO MONITOR THEIR SOCIAL AND EMAIL CHANNEL ACCOUNTS ON THE DRAWING DATE AND REGULARLY THEREAFTER IN ORDER TO RECEIVE NOTICES TIMELY. SPONSOR WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POTENTIAL WINNER’S FAILURE TO RESPOND WITHIN THE REQUISITE TIMEFRAME. Upon prize forfeiture, no payment or other compensation will be made to the original potential winner. Recipient of such notification (parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release within seven (7) days of acceptance or an alternate potential winner may be selected. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining entries. There will be three (3) alternate drawings. After the third such drawing, the prize will remain unawarded. In the event of noncompliance with any requirement, the non-complying potential winner will be disqualified. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
Release: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and its exercise of discretion, which will be final and binding in all respects. Entrants are solely responsible for their own actions and agree to hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram and Facebook and their respective parent, subsidiaries, divisions and related companies, together with and the respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns and licensees of each of them, and those companies supplying prizes (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any liability for losses, damages or injuries arising in connection with their participation in the Sweepstakes or the award or use of a prize.
Publicity & License: Acceptance of a prize constitutes consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, (including but not limited to internet and television broadcast) without further consent or compensation except where prohibited. Uploading an entry constitutes an entrant’s consent to give Sponsor a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, creative, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the entry.
General Conditions: Sponsor and each of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission of any Sweepstakes-related website; failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems or human error; printing or other errors. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud or if it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early; a potential winner will be selected from all eligible entries received at the time of termination.
Disputes: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and, by entering, Winner and entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in New York, New York. How natural are your products?
Our formulas contain over 500 active botanical ingredients and are 95% botanical. Also, PHYTO's highly concentrated formulas are housed in recyclable aluminum and glass for their non-porous properties which help minimize the use of preservatives.
Does Phyto test on animals?
No, we do not engage in animal testing.
Will the products from your professional line be sold online?
Yes but only a small selection of products will be available on our website. We will carry the Intense Volume Mousse, Curl Energizing Cream and Phytolaque Soie only.
How do I place an order online?
To place an order, click the ‘Shopping Cart’ icon next to every product or the “Add to Cart” button you see on every product page that you wish to purchase. When you have added all products you want to order into your cart, accept the Terms & Conditions, click on the "proceed to checkout" button to begin the checkout process.
Is my payment information secure?
The information you supply is confidential. Personal information will only be used by Phyto for order shipments or customer service. Your credit card details are secured by SSL-encrypted technology and will never be stored online or accessed without your permission.
What can I do if my payment is declined?
If payment is declined, please contact your bank or credit card company first. Authorization is between our banking provider and your financial institution. Do I need to register with Phyto.com to place an order?

Simply click ‘LOG IN’ on the top right hand corner of the homepage under MY PHYTO. There will be a drop down menu. Select “Create your account” and enter the information required.
How can I unsubscribe from email newsletters?
Simply click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email you receive from us. You cannot unsubscribe to emails relating to your order.
How many products can I buy at a time on Phyto.com?

How can I return the products I ordered?
We gladly accept any unused items purchased on www.PHYTO.com . We do charge a $15 fee that will be deducted from your refund. We cannot accept items that have been opened unless you received the product damaged or defective. For more information, visit our Return Policy section of the website.
How are refunds issued?
A refund will be issued to the credit or debit card used to place the initial order. You will be refunded the cost of the returned product(s) and when the return is received and processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We charge a $15 fee for returns that will be deducted from your refund. Please refer to our Return policy for additional information.
Do you charge a sales tax on orders?
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas and Washington. We’re sorry but at this time we cannot cancel an order once you submit the order at checkout.

We accept Visa, Mater Card, and American Express and payments via PayPal. Your bank details are encrypted and are never known or stored by PHYTO USA. Payments made on the website Phyto.com are processed securely through the payment partner, Ogone. How long can I keep a product once I’ve opened it?
On the back of most of our packaging you will see a picture of an open jar (period-after-opening symbol). This will indicate the recommended period of use, once the product has been opened. It generally varies from 6 months (6M) to 24 months (24M).
PHYTO SPECIFIC RELAXERS
What are the type of relaxers do you offer?
We offer 2 targeted formulas based on degree of straightening, INDEX 1 and INDEX 2. INDEX 1 is for delicate, fine and color-treated hair types who want texturized to loosen curls and waves or a sleek, straight look. INDEX 2 is for normal, resistant and coarse hair types who want a sleek, straight look.
How does Phytorelaxer differ from other relaxers?
Phytorelaxer is effective yet different because it permanently relaxes hair without harsh chemicals or irritation usually associated with chemical relaxers. It does not contain any lithium, calcium, sodium hydroxides or thio. Thio refers to the chemical compound “ammonium thioglycolate.”
What are the active ingredients in the straightening cream?
The active ingredient in the straightening cream is a complex of egg and soy extracts. These ingredients are from 100% botanical origin and are hypoallergenic.
What is the pH of Phytorelaxer?
The pH ranges from 9.5-12.5.
Can I use Phytorelaxer at home or should I go to a salon?
We recommend having a professional stylist consultation prior to the Phytorelaxer application. The stylist can evaluate the condition of your hair and suggest the appropriate index and timing for your hair texture. However, the Phytorelaxer kit is designed to also be used at home.
How soon can I wash my hair after the Phytorelaxer application?
Wait at least 72 hours. Use Curl Hydration Shampoo and Mask to soothe the scalp and intensely hydrate and nourish the hair.
How often do I need to use Phytorelaxer?
Phytorelaxer may be used every 6 to 8 weeks, depending on new growth, texture, or condition of your hair. A sufficient amount of new growth must be present in order to properly relax the hair without touching the scalp or overlapping on previously relaxed hair.
Is Phytorelaxer compatible with all relaxers?
Yes. Phytorelaxer is compatible with all relaxers except those that are thio-based.
